Under Iron is provided by Riley Nicholas Laska-Branch, an individual ("we", "us"). By using Under Iron you are contracting with Riley Nicholas Laska-Branch, and by continuing to use the service you agree to these terms.

The service

Under Iron is a workout logging app with optional online accounts, social features, coaching tools and an AI split builder. Paid plans (Under Iron Pro and Under Iron Coach) unlock extra features.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be of legal age to form a contract where you live, or have a parent's or guardian's permission. Keep your login details private; you are responsible for activity under your account and for providing accurate information.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, including:

• using it for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
• sending spam or harassing other users;
• infringing anyone's intellectual property;
• interfering with security — uploading malware, probing for weaknesses, scraping, or reverse engineering;
• reselling or redistributing the service or bypassing its limits.

AI split builder

AI-generated workout plans may be inaccurate or unsuitable for you. They are not medical or professional advice; check with a qualified professional before starting a new program. You are responsible for what you enter and how you use the results. We may filter outputs, remove content, or restrict accounts that misuse the feature.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you log or post. You give us a limited licence to store and process it only to run the service. Rights holders can report infringing content to rileyb1078@gmail.com; repeat infringers may lose access.

Intellectual property

We own the service and all its software, design, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it within your plan.

Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal, cancellation and refund terms are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled; you can cancel any time from Account → Membership and keep access until the end of the paid period.

Service level and warranties

We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, it is provided "as is", without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Exercise carries risk; you train at your own risk.

Liability

Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or data. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When your account ends, online data is deleted; data stored only on your device stays there.
